Deleting finance charges

When you delete a finance charge, Ajera automatically deletes the invoice for the finance charge as if it never existed. It no longer appears on the Manage > Finance Charges window or on any reports. You can also write off finance charges. 

1. From the Manage menu, click Finance Charges.
2. Multi-company only. Select a company.

3. Click the Existing tab. If you made entries in the current session, the Existing tab contains your entries from the session. To change the finance charges that appear in the list, click (Change View) and make selections on the Change View window.
4. Click the finance charge you want to delete.
5. Click the Delete button.
6. Click Yes to delete the finance charge.
