Use this procedure to add a step action to a workflow to automatically create a Work Authorization Document. This action aways occurs at step end.
To add an automatic creation of a WAD to a workflow, complete the following steps:
On the Navigation menu, click Administration » Workflow Type Configuration.
On the Workflow Steps tab, in the Step Actions grid, select the final step.
Click Insert » Create Workflow.
In the Create Workflow Configuration dialog box Workflow Type field, select Initial Work Authorization.
Add other information, including a description, if needed.
Use the Search icon in the Assigned To field to select the person to whom the Initial Work Authorization will be assigned.
Click OK.
