Update the Forecast with the Budget Change
Use the Change
Details on Form Tab of Workflow Type Configuration to set the option
to update a forecast class at the same time when you load a budget change.
To load the budget change as a forecast, complete
the following steps:
On the Navigation menu,
click Administration ยป Workflow Type
Configuration.
On the Workflow
Type Configuration form, click the Change
Details on Form tab.
Select the Update
the Forecast with the Budget Change check box.
In the Forecast
Class field, click 
to display the Class Search
Dialog Box and select the forecast class to be updated.
