Cost Sets Tab of the Report Options Dialog Box

The Cost Sets tab of the Report Options dialog box allows you to select the cost sets that the project uses to display on the report.

All tabs on the Report Options dialog box share some common options and buttons.

Cost Sets

Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options: 

  • Print — Select this option to display the Print Preview form with the grid’s contents displayed.

  • Export to Excel — Select this option to display the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Move to Top

Use this button to position the record selector or grid pointer at the first record.

Move Up

Use this button to move the selected cost set one row up.

Move Down

Use this button to move the selected cost set one row down.

Use this column to select cost sets to be displayed on the report. You must select at least one cost set.

The cost sets of the original class and the requested cost set are preselected.

Cost Sets

This column displays the cost set description which is pulled from the Cobra project that is selected on the General tab.

If the Total Change cost set exists in the sandbox project, it is available for selection.

The CV, SV, CPI, and SPI cost sets cannot be moved up or down the grid.

Time Phased Report

When you run a single-project time phased report, if the A Replacement of Existing Time Phased Data option is selected on the Change Details on Form tab of Workflow Type Configuration, a Change Amount cost set option (New EAC – Existing EAC) is available for selection.
