Identify the Assignee and Approver for a Progress Entry

Use the Progress tab of System Settings to identifies the assignee and approver for each update progress record type. The Assignment Mapping grid identifies who is notified and who else can enter or approve progress.

To identify the assignee and approver:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Administration ยป System Settings.

  2. Click the Progress tab.

  3. On the Assignment Mapping grid, click Search in the Assignee or Approver cell next to the hierarchy field you want to change.

  4. Use the Field Selection dialog box to select an assignee or approver.

  5. Click OK to close the dialog box.

  6. Click Save.
