Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Kiosks Screen

The current kiosks are listed on the screen, which displays the following columns and actions.

Columns

Column Description
Code This column displays the code for the kiosk.
Name This column displays the kiosk’s name.
Jobs This column displays the number of jobs posted to the kiosk.
URL This column displays the URL of the starting page of the kiosk.

Actions

The icons in the Actions column perform the following functions.

Action Description
Edit Click this icon to change the Name and Code of the kiosk. You can also make changes to the Welcome Page text.
Deactivate/Activate Click this icon to deactivate/activate the kiosk. The open lock means the kiosk is active, while the closed lock indicates an inactive kiosk.
Delete Click this icon to delete the kiosk from the list.
