Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

How to Request and Schedule Data From Talent Management

Administrators can initiate a request of data or schedule a data transfer from Talent Management.

To initiate or schedule a data request from Talent Management:

  1. Click Administration > Data Management.
  2. Do one of the following:
    OptionSteps
    Initiate a request for a data refresh from Talent Management. Click Request Fresh Data
    Schedule a daily data refresh.

    Select the time to schedule a daily data transfer and select the option to determine how to request fresh data:

    • Request fresh data once the scheduled time arrives.
    • Request fresh data to be fully loaded when the scheduled time arrives ( estimated based on refresh history ).
