Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Pending Offers Section

This section contains the following columns.

Column Description
Candidate This is the candidate’s name.
Offer Date This is the date when the offer was made.
Division This is the organizational unit of the requisition or candidate to whom the offer is pending.
Job Code This is the Job Code of the Job Profile.
Req # This is the individual requisition number.
Requisition This is the name or title of the requisition.
Initiated By This is the person who initiated the offer.
Members This indicates that the offboarded user is a member of an Approval Chain. Reassigning the pending offer to an active user right away ensures that the offer approval process proceeds without delay.
