View an Object in Kona

Use the Kona panel in Navigator to view a current Kona conversation, task, event, or file for the space that is related to the selected project.

Prerequisites: You must be configured to use Kona with Navigator before you can view conversations, tasks, events, or files on the Kona panel. See the Configure Vision Navigator to Integrate with Kona online help topic for more information.

To view a Kona conversation, task, event, or file, complete the following steps:

  1. Click to open the Kona panel in Navigator. If a space is linked to the selected project, the space displays in the Kona panel. If a space is not linked to the project, use the Change Kona Space dialog box to select a space.
  2. On the Kona panel, select from the following options:
    Object Description
    Conversation Select this option to display a list of all conversations that are related to the current space. Click a conversation's title to view its details.
    Task Select this option to display a list of all tasks that are related to the current space. Click a task's title to view its details.
    Event Select this option to display the Kona panel with a list of all events that are related to the current space. Click an event's title to view its details.
    Files Select this option to display the Kona panel with a list of files that are associated with the current space. Click a file's title to open it in your local browser.
    Navigator applies the access rights that you are assigned in Kona to the Conversation, Task, Event, and File features within Navigator. Refer to the Kona online help for detailed information on accessing any of these features.
