Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Project Type Non-Contiguous Ranges Subtask

If you selected the Non-Contiguous Ranges check box in the Project Type group box, use this subtask to select a noncontiguous range of project types.

This is different from using a range because you can include or exclude any project type of your choice. You can enter more than one row.

Table Window

Field Description
Range Type

Use this drop-down list to select the range of project types to be included in the process. Valid options are:

  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is One.

Starting Project Type

Enter, or click to select, the starting project type to be included in the process. If you select From Beginning in the Range Type field, this field is inactive. displays project types from the PROJ table.

Ending Project Type

Enter, or click to select, the ending project type to be included in the process. If you select One or To End in the Range Type field, this field is inactive. displays project types from the PROJ table.
