Select this option to review and mark billing transactions. |
| Type |
Use this drop-down list to indicate that you want to view all of your company's billing transactions or just a specific type. The options are All, Standard, Customer Product, Project Product, Manual, Milestone/Percent Complete, Sales Order, or IWO. |
Invoice Date

Enter the beginning invoice date for the range of dates for which you want to display invoices in the table window. You can leave this field blank to display all invoices dated on or before the ending date. |

Enter the ending invoice date for the range of dates for which you want to display invoices in the table window. You can leave this field blank to display all invoices dated on or after the starting date. |

Use this drop-down list to indicate that you want to view all of your company's vouchers or just a specific type. The options are All, AP, PO, or TE. |

Table Window (Upper)
Based on your selection of Bills or Vouchers under Transaction Type, the table window displays information for the selected invoices or vouchers.

Select Y (Yes) to generate a VAT report for the transaction. Select N (No) if you do not want to generate a VAT report for the transaction. |
| Intrastat Start Date |
Enter the start date of the Intra EU Trade Statistics Report on which the voucher or invoice was included. |
| Intrastat End Date |
Enter the end date of the Intra EU Trade Statistics Report on which the voucher or invoice was included. |
| Intrastat Report Flag |
Enter Y if the voucher or invoice was included on a final version of the Intra EU Trade Statistics Report. Enter Nif it was included only on a preliminary version. |
| Update All |
Click Update All to set Tax Return to Y (Yes) for all rows. |
| Clear All |
Click Clear All to set Tax Return to N (No) for all rows. |
| Update Highlighted |
Click Update Highlighted to set Tax Return to Y (Yes) for all selected rows. The selection in Tax Return is not changed for rows that are not selected. |

Click Update Highlighted to set Tax Return to N (No) for all selected rows. The selection in Tax Return is not changed for rows that are not selected. |
Table Window (Lower)
When you select a row in the upper table window, this table window displays detail for that invoice or voucher.

Enter the EC commodity code for the selected line item. Note: These commodity codes are different from those in Purchasing. These codes are a listing of "Harmonized Descriptions and Coding," as defined by the Custom Cooperation Council in Brussels. They were adopted by the United States in 1989 and are nearly identical in all countries. Check the requirements of the countries to which you sell.
