Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Managers/HR Reps By HR Organization Screen.

Table Window

Field Description
Human Resource Organization

Enter the HR organization.

HR Organization Name

Enter a description for the HR organization.

Active

Select this check box to indicate that the HR organization is active. You can not inactivate HR Organizations with assigned employees.

First Level Manager

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the first level manager who belongs to this HR organization. This is a required field.

First Level Manager Name

This field displays the name of the selected first level manager.

Second Level Manager

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the second level manager who belongs to this HR organization. This is an optional field.

Second Level Manager Name

This field displays the name of the selected second level manager.

Human Resources Representative

Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the HR representative. This is an optional field.

HR Representative Name

This field displays the name of the selected HR representative.

Supervisor Enter, or click to select, the employee ID of the supervisor for the HR organization, if applicable.
Supervisor Name This field displays the name of the selected supervisor.
