Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Manage Organizations for Export Screen

Use the fields and options to configure the Manage Organizations for Export screen.

Table

When you first run this application, the table is populated with all organizations set up in the ORG table.

Field Description
Organization

This field displays the organization ID.

Name

This field displays the organization name.

Export to Deltek Time and Expense

If this check box is selected, this organization is exported to Deltek Time and Expense when you run the Export Data to Deltek Time and Expense process.

Export to Shop Floor Time

Select this check box to include this organization when you the export information to Shop Floor Time through the Export Project Manufacturing Data process. This check box is available if you have a Shop Floor Time license.

Export to Manufacturing Execution

Select this check box to include this organization when you the export information to Manufacturing Execution through the Export Project Manufacturing Data process. This check box is available if you have a Manufacturing Execution license.

Export to Deltek Talent Management

Select this check box to include this organization when you export organizations to Deltek Talent Management through the Transfer Talent Management Data process.

Mass Update Org

Use the mass update buttons to select or clear the export check boxes of multiple organizations. To select multiple organizations, hold down the CTRL key, and then, on the table, click each organization/row that you want to update.

Export to Deltek Time and Expense

Field Description
Check

Select the organizations that you want to export to Deltek Time and Expense, and then click this button to select the Export to Deltek Time and Expense check boxes for those organizations.

Uncheck

Select the organizations that you do not want to export to Deltek Time and Expense, and then click this button to clear the Export to Deltek Time and Expense check boxes for those organizations.

Export to Shop Floor Time

These options are available if you have a Shop Floor Time license:

Check

Select the organizations that you want to export to Shop Floor Time, and then click this button to select the Export to Shop Floor Time check boxes for those organizations.

Uncheck

Select the organizations that you do not want to export to Shop Floor Time, and then click this button to clear the Export to Shop Floor Time check boxes for those organizations.

Export to Manufacturing Execution

These options are available if you have a Manufacturing Execution license.

Check

Select the organizations that you want to export to Manufacturing Execution, and then click this button to select the Export to Manufacturing Execution check boxes for those organizations.

Uncheck

Select the organizations that you do not want to export to Manufacturing Execution, and then click this button to clear the Export to Manufacturing Execution check boxes for those organizations.

Export to Deltek Talent Management
