Contents of the Group Duplicates in Labor History Screen

Use these fields and options to configure the Group Duplicates in Labor History screen.

Selection Range

Field Description
Fiscal Year

Enter, or click to select, the fiscal year for which you want to combine duplicate rows.

Period Range

Use this drop-down list to select the range of periods to be processed. Valid options are:

  • All
  • One
  • Range
  • From Beginning
  • To End

The default for this field is All.

Start

Enter, or click to select, the starting period for which you want to combine duplicate rows.

End

Enter, or click to select, the ending period for which you want to combine duplicate rows. If you select All, One, or To End in the Period Range field, this field is inactive.

Processed Information

Duplicates

Field Description
Found

This field displays the number of duplicate rows found in the Labor History table.

Deleted

This field displays the number of rows that were deleted from the Labor History table when the duplicate rows were combined.

Hours

Field Description
Actual Hours Before

This field displays the amount of actual hours in the Labor History table before the duplicate rows were combined.

Actual Hours After

This field displays the amount of actual hours in the Labor History table after the duplicate rows were combined.

Amount

Field Description
Actual Amount Before

This field displays the actual amount in the Labor History table before the duplicate rows were combined.

Actual Amount After

This field displays the actual amount in the Labor History table after the duplicate rows were combined.

Execute

Click this button to combine duplicate rows in the Labor History table.
