  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Maintain EC Correction Codes

Use this table window to set up EC correction codes.

Field Description
EC Correction Code

Use this field to enter a single alphanumeric character to represent this correction code. These codes are agreed upon by the EC Commission. For instance, an omission from a previous month that will be added into the current month is identified by correction code 4.

Short EC Correction Code Description

Use this field to enter a brief description for this EC Correction Code.

Long EC Correction Code Description

Use this field to enter a detailed description for this EC Correction Code.
