Field	Description
Job No.	This field displays the job number.
Job Name	This field displays the job name.
Year	This field displays the job year.
Customer No.	This field displays the customer number.
Name 1	This field displays the customer name.
Fiscal Year End Month	This field displays the customers year end month.
