Cost Sub-Tab

This section includes the fields and descriptions for the Cost sub-tab.

Field	Description
Employee Number	This field shows the employee number If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field. This is a mandatory field on time activities.
Employee	This field shows the employee's name. If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can edit this field. This is a mandatory field on time activities.
Prior Total Cost	This field shows the total cost for all prior periods budgeted on the current job budget before the current period.
[Month], Cost	These fields display the months in the current period and the cost allocated for each month. If you are working on a non-planning budget type, you can modify the cost on each line.
Future Total Cost	This field shows the total costs for all later periods budgeted after the current period.
