Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Report Statuses Screen

View all reports by type: Common (Custom reports) and Standard (Default Talent Management reports).

Field Description
View by Report Type Select Common Reports to view all custom created reports. Choose Standard Reports to view all reports shipped by default with the Reporting Tool.
ID The identification number of the report.
Report Type the report type.
Name the report name.
Report Status The status of the report. For example, OK.
