Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Reporting Widgets

Most tasks to create and edit reports are accessed from the Tools menu on the Report Working Area. Each tool, such as Filters and Categories, opens in a widget that can be docked to the left or right of the working area for easy access.

You can have only one docked widget open at a time, but you can have unlimited undocked widgets open at any time. To launch an undocked widget that you can resize and position as desired, hold the Shift key when opening the widget. Undocked widgets are cascaded. To bring one to the front click in any visible part of its window or select the action again from the menu (For example, click File >> Open a Report to bring forward the Open a Report widget).
