Agent Type 126 - Inbox Auto-Import Agent

Use Agent Type 126 - Inbox Auto-Import Agent to import email messages from a user's external email address into Workbook.

This agent functions in a similar way to Agent Type 49 - Mail Import Agent (KB #1022887). However, it ignores the following fields in the user's email import settings:
  • Source Folder, Public Emails
  • Source Folder, My Private Emails
  • Destination Folder

This agent ignores these settings for each user and instead uses the top-level inbox folder as the source/destination for any imported emails.

Prerequisites

This agent requires the user to configure mail import settings in Time & Expense > My Settings > Email Import Settings.
  • Email Server: Your IT department supplies this.
  • Username and Password: Your credentials for the email account from which you want to import emails.

WorkBook Web Address The web address for your WorkBook system.
User Login for the Storage Service The username for the WorkBook storage provider.
Password for the Storage Service The password for the WorkBook storage provider.
