Enable Active Status of Operating Accounts

Use the Personal Expense Types submodule to enable the active status of operating accounts.

To use the Personal Expense Types submodule, you must have access to Settings as defined in the User Access Rights submodule under Settings.

To enable the active status of an operating account:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Settings .
  2. If you have more than one company in your system, use the drop-down list above the left pane of the Settings screen to select the company containing the operating account that you want to enable the active status of.
  3. In the left pane of the Settings screen, click Price Lists & Activities > Personal Expense Types.
  4. Click the Expense Types tab and highlight the personal expense type with the operating account that you want to enable the active status of.
  5. In the sub-grid, highlight the operating account that you want to enable the active status of and select the Active check box.
