Copy External Contacts from a Linked Organization

You can copy external contacts from linked external organizations to your current project.

To copy external contacts from a linked organization:

1. Navigate to the project.
   You can search for projects using the Search Projects link in the Activity Zone. Projects that you are linked to also appear on the History tab on your contact record, and in the Projects dashpart in the Personal Zone.
2. On the Organizations and Contacts band, click > Copy Contacts From Organization for the organization that you want to copy contacts from.
3. On the Copy Contacts window, select each contact that you want to add.
4. Click Copy Contacts.
