Remove All Allocations from a Row

If you make a mistake when you allocate work to a contact, or if a contact becomes unavailable for any reason, you can remove their allocations from a project work stage or variation.

To remove all allocations from a row:

  1. Go to the project and click the Resourcing tab.
    If the Resourcing tab is not available, click more to display all available tabs.
  2. On the Resource Planner toolbar, click Edit Plan.
  3. Do one of the following, depending on how the resource plan is grouped:
    • If the resource plan is grouped by contact, click next to the work stage or variation under the contact that you want to remove all allocated time from.
    • If the resource plan is grouped by workstage/variation, click next to the contact's name under the work stage or variation that you want to remove all allocated time from.
    Note: This will only remove allocations for the dates displayed on the resource plan, which start on the current week by default. To remove allocations for past weeks, use the From and To date pickers to change the date range.
  4. Click Save.
