Add Touchpoint Dialog Box
Use the Add Touchpoint dialog box to add a new touchpoint. After you save the touchpoint, you can view it and make changes to it on the Activities tab in the Opportunities area or on the Touchpoints tabs in the Organizations and Contacts areas. (You can also add new touchpoints on those tabs.)

To display the Add Touchpoint dialog box, complete the following steps:
- Select the opportunity, organization, or contact for which you want to add the touchpoint.
- Click on the Opportunities toolbar, Organizations toolbar, or Contacts toolbar.
