Use the toolbar in the
Organizations area to edit
organization information or add a touchpoint for the
organization.

Click this icon if you want to use the Edit
Organization form to make changes to the summary and overview information for the currently selected
organization or you want to delete that
organization. (In most cases, you can also change this information directly in the summary along the left side of the
Organizations area or on the Overview tab.)

Click this option to add a touchpoint (a simple activity such as a meeting or a phone call) for the currently displayed
organization. (You can also add touchpoints for
an organization on the Touchpoints tab.)
